All game data (player names, settings, game history) is stored locally on your device using standard device storage. This data is not backed up to our servers. Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data.
JARTD offers premium subscription plans (monthly and annual) to unlock additional content packs. All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. We do not collect or store your payment information. JARTD is intended for users age 12 and older and is rated 12+ (iOS) / Teen (Android). The App is a social party game that may contain mature humor, suggestive themes, and infrequent strong language. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 12. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App, please contact us and we will take steps to remove any data.
Since all data is stored locally on your device and we do not operate servers that collect user data, the security of your information depends on your device's security settings. We recommend using a passcode or biometric lock on your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to access, modify, or delete. All data stored locally on your device can be removed by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data through your device settings.
