By downloading, installing, or using LocalSub Manager ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
LocalSub Manager is a mobile application that helps you track subscriptions, billing dates, and spending. The App operates entirely on your device and does not require an internet connection for core functionality.
The App offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro tier with additional capabilities. Free tier limitations include:

LocalSub Manager Pro is available through the following purchase options:
Subscription purchases auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's settings:
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period.
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the listed price.
All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Refund requests must be directed to the respective store:
All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all stored data.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. The App is a tracking tool and does not constitute financial advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your subscription and billing data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Babu Booshik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed payments, incorrect billing data, or data loss.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
